The State Bank MobiCash Mobile Wallet is user-friendly and menu-driven. An individual can download the application of a mobile wallet from the link which is received by the individual through SMS at the time of registration if there is the availability of GPRS connectivity. The individual can also download this application from the M/s. Oxigen website which is www.myoxigen.com or from various other devices with the help of data cable or Bluetooth. State Bank MobiCash Mobile Wallet Procedures

1. Procedure for Cash-in of State Bank MobiCash

The individual needs to go to the nearby CSP or Customer Service Point for cash in. The individual is required to give the required amount to CSP and then provide the mobile number or State Bank MobiCash wallet number to the respective CSP. Customer Service Point will then enter the amount and wallet number in the CSP interface, and the transaction will be executed. The State Bank MobiCash wallet of the individual will be hence, credited. The individual will get a notification regarding the balance and credit amount in the State Bank MobiCash Wallet.

2. Procedure for Cash out of State Bank MobiCash

The individual first need to start the Mobile Wallet application. Then, there will be an option for Banking. Click on it. Then, press on the Cash Withdrawal. Submit the information. There will be a pending confirmation to be made by the customer regarding the amount of withdrawal. For confirmation, the individual can click OK, or for the cancellation of the withdrawal, the individual can press Cancel. The person needs to enter MPIN or Mobile Personal Identification Number so that the transaction can be completed. Tap on the submit button. There will be a message of One Time Password or OTP to be received by the customer. This OTP will be for the withdrawal of cash at CSP. The individual will then go to a nearby CSP for cash out. The CSP will ask for the individual’s State Bank MobiCash wallet number, OTP, and Amount. The details will be entered by the CSP in the CSP interface so that transactions can be executed. The wallet of the individual will be debited. Cash will be handed over to the individual after the deduction of applicable charges. The individual will get a notification about the charges, balance in the Mobile Wallet, and the debited amount.

3. The procedure of Fund Transfer from State Bank MobiCash

These are the funds that can be transferred to the other bank accounts such as SBI or other banks which have MMID or Mobile Money Identifier with the help of IMPS or Interbank Mobile Payment Service. State Bank MobiCash provides the following fund transfer facilities: From the individual’s State Bank MobiCash Mobile Wallet to other banks’ accounts. Fund Transfer from one individual’s State Bank MobiCash Mobile Wallet to another individual’s State Bank MobiCash Mobile Wallet.

3(a). State Bank MobiCash Wallet to Other State Bank MobiCash Wallet Transfer

The individual first starts the Mobile Wallet application. Then, the person needs to click on the option Banking. Click on Fund Transfer. Then press on Wallet to Wallet Transfer. The individual is required to fill the Beneficiary Mobile Number. Enter Amount. Click on Submit. Then the person is required to confirm by clicking on OK or cancel the transfer by clicking on Cancel. Enter the MPIN number. Click on Submit. The confirmation message will be received by both the beneficiary and the remitter.

3(b). State Bank MobiCash Wallet to SBI Account or Other Bank Account

The customer first starts the Mobile Wallet application. Then, the person needs to click on the option Banking. Click on Fund Transfer. Then press on Wallet to Bank Account. The person should enter the MMID number. The individual is required to fill the Beneficiary Mobile Number. Enter Amount. Click on Submit. Then the person is required to confirm by clicking on OK or cancel the transfer by clicking on Cancel. Enter the MPIN number. Click on Submit. The confirmation message will be received by both the beneficiary and the remitter.

4. The procedure of Balance Enquiry of State Bank MobiCash

The balance inquiry option helps the customers to know about the balance in their State Bank MobiCash. The customer will first start the mobile wallet application. Click on Banking. Then, click on Balance Enquiry. The person should then enter MPIN. Click on Submit. The person will get a notification regarding the balance in his/her Mobile Wallet.

5. The procedure of Mini Statement of State Bank MobiCash 

The mini statement allows its users to view the last five transactions that have been made by them.

The individual first starts the mobile wallet application. On Mini Statement, the individual needs to click on Banking Click. Enter the MPIN number. Click on Submit. The last five transactions or mini statements will be shown on the screen and will also be sent to the individual through SMS.

6. Procedure for Mobile Top-up using State Bank MobiCash

To have a successful mobile top-up, the individual needs to be certain of the exact amount for the scheme of the top-up from the respective service provider.

The customer first opens the mobile wallet application. Click on Commerce. Then, click on Mobile Recharge. The individual needs to enter the mobile number without the prefixes 0 or +91 etc. The individual should then select the service provider and circle. Enter Amount. Click on Submit. The customer will be asked whether to confirm the recharge. If confirmed, then click on OK. Enter MPIN. Click on Submit.

For Successful Top-up:

DTH Top Up using GPRS Channel

The customer needs to start the mobile wallet application. Click on DTH Recharge. Enter the Subscriber ID. The person is then required to select the name of the service provider from the drop-down menu. Enter amount. Click on submit. The customer will be asked for the confirmation of the recharge. To confirm, then click on OK. Enter MPIN. Click on Submit.

For successful Top Up:

The individual then needs to fill in the mobile number without adding the prefixes 0 or +91 etc. Then, select the service provider with the help of a drop-down menu. Enter amount. Click on Submit. The customer will be asked for the confirmation of the amount. Then click on OK to confirm. Enter MPIN. Click on Submit.

For Successful Payments:

9. The procedure of Change MPIN of State Bank MobiCash

The individual needs to open the mobile wallet application. Click on Help. Click on Change MPIN. Enter the new MPIN. Confirmation of the new MPIN. Enter the current MPIN. Click on Submit.
